KARST LLC was founded in 1998 by graduates of the Mining Institute and employees of the All-Union Research Institute of Exploration Methods and Technology (VITR) under the USSR Ministry of Geology.

Since its establishment, the company has prioritized foundation reinforcement works for historic buildings in St. Petersburg, as well as the installation of drilled injection piles and bored piles in existing urban development areas.
